This Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy (the "Policy") exists to keep the AIDANCING AI video generation platform safe, lawful, and trustworthy for everyone. AIDANCING LLC provides tools that transform images and audio into AI-generated video; with that power comes a clear responsibility to prevent abuse. This Policy applies to all users of our website, applications, and APIs, and to every piece of content created, uploaded, processed, or distributed through our services — regardless of whether that content is shared publicly or kept private. By using AIDANCING, you agree to comply with this Policy in full.
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on our platform. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
Synthetic or AI-generated media that depicts a real, identifiable person may only be created when that person has given their explicit, informed consent to be portrayed. Deepfakes produced with the intent to deceive, defame, defraud, manipulate, harass, or otherwise harm any individual are strictly prohibited. Where required by applicable law or platform standards, AI-generated likenesses must be clearly disclosed as synthetic. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the rights and consent necessary for any person you depict.
Generating videos that depict celebrities, politicians, executives, or other public figures without their authorization is prohibited. This restriction applies with particular force to content that is misleading, defamatory, that falsely implies an endorsement or affiliation, or that places the person in a sexual, demeaning, or politically deceptive context. The public profile of an individual does not waive their rights to publicity, reputation, and consent, and we will act on credible reports of unauthorized use.
You must own, or hold all necessary rights and licenses to, every image, photograph, audio file, and reference material you upload or use on the platform. Uploading third-party content without permission is a violation of this Policy and may infringe the rights of others. AIDANCING LLC responds to valid copyright takedown notices in accordance with applicable law, removes infringing material upon proper notice, and terminates the accounts of repeat infringers. Rights holders may submit copyright notices, including a description of the work and the allegedly infringing material, to legal@aidancing.net.
By uploading a likeness, photograph, or other image of a person, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to do so and that you have obtained the explicit consent of that individual to create AI-generated content depicting them. Uploading another person's likeness without their permission is strictly prohibited. You bear full responsibility for the consent and rights associated with any person you choose to depict using our services.
We employ a combination of automated content moderation and human review to detect and address violations of this Policy. Depending on the severity, frequency, and nature of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions: issue a warning; remove the offending content; temporarily suspend access to the account; or permanently terminate the account without refund. In cases involving illegal content — and in particular any content that endangers the safety of minors — we will preserve relevant information and report the matter to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities where legally required. We reserve the right to take immediate action, including termination, for severe or repeated violations.
If you encounter content on our platform that you believe violates this Policy, please report it promptly. Anyone — whether a registered user or not — may submit a report to legal@aidancing.net or support@aidancing.net. Please include as much detail as possible, such as a link to or description of the content, so that we can investigate and act quickly.
