These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and AIDANCING LLC ("AIDancing", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the AIDancing platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that all registration information you provide is accurate. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
AIDancing is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create, edit, and generate AI-generated video content from text prompts, images, and other inputs. The Service operates on a credit-based system: users purchase credits that are consumed when generating or processing content. Available features, models, credit costs, output quality, and processing times may evolve over time as we improve and expand the Service, and we may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
To access most features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You may maintain only one account unless we expressly authorize otherwise. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify us immediately at support@aidancing.net of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Credits are the in-platform unit used to access generation and editing features. Credits are purchased through the Service and are not legal tender, have no cash value outside the platform, and are non-transferable. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal; AIDancing does not store full card details. You agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider when completing a purchase.
Prices for credits and credit packages are displayed at the point of purchase and may change at any time; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar government charges associated with your purchases, except for taxes based on our net income. Except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy, all purchases are final.
Your use of the Service must comply at all times with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, you agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purpose, not to interfere with the integrity or security of the Service, and not to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access. Because the Service generates and edits realistic video content, certain uses are strictly forbidden. You must not create, upload, request, or distribute any of the following:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement, without refund.
You retain ownership of the images, text, audio, and other material you upload ("User Content") and, subject to these Terms and applicable law, of the outputs you generate. You grant AIDancing a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transform your User Content solely as necessary to operate the Service, generate your requested outputs, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and consents necessary to upload your User Content and to generate the resulting outputs, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the content you generate.
The Service, including its software, models, user interface, design, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by AIDANCING LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Service is transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if your conduct exposes us, other users, or third parties to risk or liability. Where an account is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to any refund of unused credits or payments. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or publishing it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDANCING LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. In all cases, AIDANCING LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Wyoming for the resolution of any such disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
