AIDANCING ("AIDancing", "we", "us") operates on a prepaid, credit-based system. You purchase credits in advance, and those credits are then consumed each time you generate or edit an AI video on our platform. Because every generation consumes real computing resources (GPU time, storage and processing), this policy explains when a purchase is eligible for a refund, when it is not, and exactly how to request one. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.
All credit purchases are final. Because credits provide immediate access to on-demand AI generation backed by real computing resources, credit purchases are non-refundable once completed, including for credits you have purchased but not yet used. The only exceptions are: (a) credits deducted for a generation that failed due to a verified technical error on our side, which are restored to your balance as described in Section 7; and (b) any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact billing@aidancing.net and we will review your case.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: (a) credits that have been purchased, whether or not they have been used; (b) accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, where access or credits have been forfeited as a result; and (c) dissatisfaction with the artistic or technical quality of an AI output alone. Generative AI results are inherently variable, and an output that does not match your personal expectations is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of the credits used to create it.
Credits are a prepaid usage allowance and not a stored-value or monetary instrument. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for anything other than the services offered on the AIDancing platform.
Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. We will not silently deduct or void purchased credits over time. Should an account be closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of our policies, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited in accordance with our Terms of Service.
If a generation fails because of a system or technical error on our side, the credits reserved for that job are automatically refunded back to your account balance — you are never charged for work we were unable to deliver. In the rare event that credits are not automatically returned after a confirmed failure, please contact billing@aidancing.net and we will promptly re-credit your account once the failed job has been verified.
To request a refund, email billing@aidancing.net from (or referencing) your account email address, and include your order or transaction ID together with the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one to two (1–2) business days. Once a refund is approved, it is processed within five to ten (5–10) business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting our support team may result in the immediate suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and amicably whenever you reach out to us directly.
