AIDANCING LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the AI Dancing website and services (the "Service"), how we use and protect that information, and the rights you have over it. This policy applies to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We collect the following categories of information in order to provide and operate the Service:
Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address, username, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Content you upload. To generate videos, you upload images, motion references, and related materials. We process and store this content, together with the videos generated from it, so that we can deliver the results to you and operate the Service.
Usage and technical data. We automatically collect information such as your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring pages, and server log data. This helps us secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
Payment data. When you purchase credits or a subscription, payment is processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). Your card details are entered directly with these processors. We do not store full card numbers; we only retain a limited record of the transaction (such as an order reference, amount, and status) needed for billing and support.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account; process payments and manage your credit balance; generate, store, and deliver your videos; improve the quality, performance, and features of our AI models and the Service; ensure security and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access; provide customer support and respond to your inquiries; and comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following: your consent (for example, for optional analytics cookies); the performance of a contract with you (to deliver the Service you have signed up for); our legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and protect the Service, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights); and compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
We share personal data only with trusted service providers that help us run the Service, and only to the extent necessary. These include: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions; cloud hosting and GPU compute providers that store data and run our AI workloads; and analytics providers (Google Analytics) that help us understand how the Service is used. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
AIDANCING LLC is based in the United States, and your data — including content you upload and generated videos — may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter for any period required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data and the content associated with your account within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, billing and tax records).
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, role-based access controls, and restricted access to systems containing personal data. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work continuously to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a portable copy of the data you have provided. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@aidancing.net. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data and content at any time by emailing legal@aidancing.net from the email address registered to your account. Upon verifying your request, we will delete your account and personal data, except for the limited records we are legally required to keep. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand how it is used. Essential cookies are required for core functionality such as keeping you signed in and maintaining your session; the Service will not function correctly without them. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics (measurement ID G-QRSCBTW806) to collect aggregated, statistical information about how visitors use the Service, which helps us improve it. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at legal@aidancing.net and we will delete the information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please reach out through our Contact page or email us directly at legal@aidancing.net.
